To us, quality means bringing our products and services in line with the things our customers want and expect. Our concept of quality is comprehensive: It encompasses all of the areas of a company or location. Our quality policy objectives enable our customers to judge us based on defined quality benchmarks.

Evaluation and quality improvement

To further enhance the trust our customers and the public place in the competence and responsibility of our network of companies and its employees, we make use of a quality management approach distinguished by its sustained regard for the systematic use of improvement opportunities, both inside and out. This includes regular surveys of customer satisfaction, along with a positive approach to dealing with complaints and suggestions.

ISO certification

We are one of the first providers of training and education to submit our quality management systems for review by an independent institution. Since 1997, the ISO 9001 certificate has offered a visible document of our compliance with the requirements of this worldwide quality model for our Language Courses, Language Travel, and International School Programs departments.
