Practical training in companies

"Practical training for practical benefits" – under this motto, Carl Duisberg Centren offers foreign managers training sessions of anywhere from one day to many weeks in German and European companies. The trainees are able to learn about new types of corporate management, while at the same time gaining insight into various management styles and corporate cultures.

In addition, this practical training makes it possible to exchange experience, technical expertise and country-specific know-how. This means that it is not only the young managers themselves who are able to profit from the training, but also the firms who are hosting them.

We carry out successful practical training for bodies such as the European Union and the Malaysian Government.
