Personnel
Over the years Carl Duisberg Centren has built up a pluridisciplinary, multinational team of full time employed personnel with a healthy mixture of young, qualified experts and experienced senior staff. In addition, we can draw upon a wide network of international freelance experts, specialized partner institutions and partner firms, which enables us to mobilize the right expertise for every task.
Education and Training
Availability of skilled labor force is a prerequisite for economic development. The role of TVET is to respond to demands in the labor market and to impart individuals with the necessary skills and knowledge to contribute towards social and economic development of their societies. The key to success in TVET is co-operation between potential employers, training institutions, governments and representatives of the labor force to ensure that actual needs are met and financing can be secured.
